Friday has twelve years working experience of which a decade is of banking with Centage Mortgage Bank, Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank, Hedgeworth MFB and now Fidfund MFB. His banking experience ranges from Administration, Relationship Management, Credit Analysis, Credit Monitoring and Control, Loan Recovery, and Business Development/marketing. Ikhile Friday obtained a Bachelors degree in History and International Studies in 2001 from Ambrose Ali University Ekpoma in Edo state. He has attended various trainings which includes: Negotiation skills, Time management and Interpersonal Skills, Basic Credit, Integrated Credit and Advance Credit.
HEAD, HR & ADMIN
Mrs. Patience , a graduate of university of Nigeria, NSUKKA, holds an MBA from the same University. She also has an MSc. in Environmental Management from University of London / Imperial College. Patience has attended courses both locally and internationally including a course in Environmental Management in Israel. She has also attended the Microfinance Certification Programme organized by the Central Bank of Nigeria/The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and has been awarded MCIB by CIBN.
HEAD, FINANCE / E-BUSINESS
Jude holds Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Institute of Management & Technology Enugu. He is also a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), presently writing his final level examinations. Jude has acquired financial experience from both government and private organizations and has attended several trainings in both finance and audit related programmes. He has also attended and completed the Microfinance Certification Programme organized by the Central Bank of Nigeria/The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and bagged the award of MCIB by the CIBN. Jude joined the team of Fidfund MFB in May, 2010.
HEAD, INTERNAL CONTROL/AUDIT
Chinenye is a B.Sc. holder in Accounting from University of Abuja. He is also a holder of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) Part One. Chinenye has acquired over ten (10) years working experience in banking and other financial institutions. He commenced his banking career with the Progress Bank of Nigeria and also worked with the Trimm Multi-Purpose Co-operative where he rose to the Managerial cadre. Chinenye currently heads Internal Control/Audit in Fidfund MFB. Chinenye has attended the Microfinance Certification Programme organized by the Central Bank of Nigeria/The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria(CIBN) and has been awarded MCIB by the CIBN.
HEAD OF MARKETING
Loveth holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). She is a pioneer staff of Fidfund MFB and is well-versed in marketing and Bank's product and meeting customers' needs. She has attended several training in business development and marketing and is presently the Head of Marketing.
E-BUSINESS DEPARTMENT
Joseph is a System Administrator. He holds National Diploma (ND) in Networking and Systems Security from AfriHUB ICT Institute, Abuja and currently studying B.Sc. Information Technology in National Open University of Nigeria. He started his banking career in 2015 with EWT Microfinance Bank and worked in various department's. He has worked with different Banking Application Softwares and has experience in networking. Presently he is the E-Business Officer of the Bank.
OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
Christian holds BSC in Applied Mathematics & Statistics from Enugu State University of Science & Technology. He obtained his Diploma in computer Appreciation from HCGM, Kaduna in 2009. Also, he holds certificate in Health Safety & Environment (HSE)'Millennium Training Acquisition Limited (MITA) Bayelsa, 2015. He started his banking career as a cashier in Fidfund Microfinance Bank in 2015. He is currently the Ag, Head of Operations of the bank.
