Engineer Alex Onuegbu

Chairman

Engineer Alex Onuegbu, the Chairman of the Bank, is a Building Engineer and a philanthropist who has worked in many Engineering companies and attended several courses both locally and internationally. He is the Managing Director of BRUNEL Engineering Services Limited, an Engineering and Consulting firm which has been involved in the construction of several projects for both the public and private sectors. Brunel Engineering also produced Abuja City Map.

Dr. Greg Ezeilo (FCA)

Director

Greg, a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Industrial Mathematics also holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering, a Diploma in Law, and a doctorate degree in Computer and Information System Security from Northcentral University, Arizona.

He is a Computer Consultant and EDP Audit Specialist. He is the Managing Consultant of Signal House Consulting Limited, an IT consulting firm/ He attended the Directors Conference on Microfinance organized by the CBN/NDIC/FITC.

Dr Chioma Onuegbu

Director

Dr. Onuegbu, a Medical Doctor, holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom, and an MBA degree from Imperial College London.

She has been involved in various health and environmental issues. She is the Managing Director of Health and Environmental Initiative, a Non-Governmental Organisation. She has also attended the Directors Conference on Microfinance organized by the CBN/NDIC/FITC.

Mr. Oyinane Abdullahi (FCA)

Director

Mr. Oyinane Abdullahi, is a chartered accountant, also holds an MBA in Finance from Nasarawa state University.

His working career spans over twenty (20) years in banking at Managerial levels where he rose to Team Lead, Core Public Sector, North Central in EcoBank. He attended several courses both locally and internationally.

Mr Jude Nwachukwu (MCIB)

Managing Director

Jude is a graduate of Accountancy from the Institute of Management & Technology, Enugu. He holds a Micrfinance Bank Certification (MCB) from CIBN.

A final year student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), he has acquired experience from both government and private organizations. Jude joined the team of FidfundMFB Limited in May, 2010 and has attended several trainings in Finance, Audit and Management.

Mr. Chidiebere Ijoma

Director

Mr. Ijoma is a Marketing graduate from the Institute of Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu.

He worked in many companies including Manny Bank and Fidelity Bank. He attended many courses in banking and finance. He resigned from the bank to establish his own financial consulting business. Mr. Ijoma is married with children.

Our Management Team

Nzelibe Patience

Head, Admin/HR

Patience, a graduate of University of Nigeria, Nsukka, holds a B.Sc and MBA from the same University. She also has M.Sc. in Environmental Studies from University of London, Imperial College and a Bachelor of Law degree from the National Open University of Nigeria.

With experience in Finance and Admin, she joined the bank as the Head of Admin and Human Resources. Patience has attended courses both locally and internationally including a course in Environmental Management in Israel. He holds a Microfinance Bank Certification (MCB) from CIBN

Nwachukwu A. Chinenye

Head, Internal Control & Audit

Chinenye is a graduate of Accounting from University of Abuja.

Chinenye has over twenty years working experience in banking and other financial institutions. He joined the bank in September 2013 and has worked in various units and currently heads the Audit/Compliance and Risk Management units of the bank. He holds the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) Part One and the Microfinance Bank Certification (MCB).

Izumunna Henry

Head, Credit & Marketing

Henry is a graduate of Biochemistry from the Caritas University.

His banking experience ranges from relationship management to credit verification and analysis, credit monitoring and control, loan recovery, and business development and marketing acquired in microfinance banking. He holds a Microfinance Bank Certification (MCB) from CIBN.

Dashe Chrisantus

Head of Finance

Chris holds an HND in Accounting. He has about twelve years of experience in banking, of which ten was with Diamond Bank PLC where he attended several trainings in different areas of banking and held the position of Head teller and Funds transfer desk (FT) for about five years.

He has also attended and completed the Microfinance Certification Programme organized by the Central Bank of Nigeria/The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and has been awarded MCIB by CIBN.
