Engr. Alex Onuegbu
Chairman
Engineer Alex Onuegbu, the Chairman of the Bank, is a Building Engineer trained in ABU, Zaria, He has served as a Project Engineer with BEANCO Nigeria Ltd and DATUM Nigeria Limited between 1989 and 1999. He was also a partner in FOVAK Nigeria Ltd between 1994 and 1997. Presently, he is the Managing Director of BRUNEL Engineering Services Limited, an Engineering and Consulting firm. He was involved in Abuja City Solid Waste Audit in October, 2004 as a volunteer.
Sir Chris Nzelibe
Managing Director / CEO
Sir Chris Nzelibe is a Fellow Of The institute Of Chartered Accountants Of Nigeria (ICAN). He also holds a Masters In Business Administration (MBA)from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma. Chris, who worked with Champion Newspapers Plc , Ilupeju, Lagos started his banking career with Commercial Bank of Africa in 1990. His banking career spans Commercial and Merchant Banking, and he worked in various departments and branches. He rose to the Managerial level and attended several Professional and Managerial Courses both locally and internationally. He has also attended the Microfinance Certification Programme organized by the Central Bank of Nigeria/The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and has been awarded MCIB by CIBN. He brings his wealth of experience to the management of the bank.
Oyinane Abdullahi
Director
Oyinane Abdullahi holds a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Accounting from the University of Jos and an MBA(Finance) from Nasarawa State University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)and an associate of the Retail Banking Academy. Oyinane has over 19 years of experience in Banking cutting across Financial Control, Banking Operations, Retail, and Commercial Banking in various Banks. He is currently the Head of Finance at Cashpoint Cooperative society limited. He enjoys reading and playing tennis.
Dr. Greg Ezeilo
Director
Greg, a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Industrial Mathematics, from University of Benin, also holds a Masters Degree in Systems Engineering, a Diploma in Law and a Doctorate Degree in Computer and Information Security, from North Central Arizona University . He is a Computer Consultant and EDP Audit Specialist. Having gathered various experiences in Audit and Finance Consultancy, he is presently the Managing Consultant / Chief Executive of Signal House Consulting Ltd, a member Of Institute of Internal Auditors of America, Nigerian Institute of Management and a Certified Member of the Internal Audit And Control Association.
Dr. Chioma A.O.
Director
Dr. Chioma, a Medical Doctor, also holds a Masters Degree In Public Health from the University of Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom and an MBA from Imperial College. She has served in various hospitals as a Medical Doctor. She has also been involved in various health and environmental programmes. She is the Managing Director of Health And Environment Initiative, a Non-Governmental Organisation.
